Matt Roberts
Founder and Lead Pastor of The Genesis Project
Matt is the Founder and Lead Pastor of The Genesis Project, a local church and national church planting movement that has experienced tremendous growth locally and nationally since it’s launch in 2008. For over 20 years Matt has served in various roles and positions helping churches and denominations revitalize and re-imagine their church growth and planting strategies through an embedded, sustainable, community lens. Matt’s passion is rooted in the deep revolutionary potential of the local church.

Stephen Creel
Founder
Stephen is an executive who has worked in the production and customer experience arenas for over 20 years. He brings to True North Kids an expertise in the merger of space and experience that we are excited to see come to life in early childhood education centers around the nation.

Founder
Mark is a seasoned executive who has served as Chief Business Officer and senior strategist inside multiple Fortune 500 companies, leading large-scale business units through growth, restructuring, and transformation. Known for his ability to simplify complexity, Mark has built a career on designing creative business solutions, reducing operational waste, and driving lean systems that deliver sustainable profit and longterm efficiency. Over three decades, he has led cross-functional teams, managed billiondollar operational portfolios, and engineered strategic plans that unlocked new revenue streams and accelerated corporate expansion. Mark’s leadership is defined by clarity, collaboration, and a relentless focus on outcomes. Now, Mark brings Fortune 500 discipline into the True North Kids / LandLink ecosystem — applying the rigor of strategic management and lean operational excellence to a mission designed to transform communities.
